Stephanie Michael has lived in Fredericksburg for more than 25 years and has been in the Real Estate Property Management field for over 13 years.

Stephanie strives for excellence valuing education & knowledge and pursues growth always. Stephanie earned her Virginia Real Estate License in 2012 and Real Estate Brokers License in 2016, and has been an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) since 2012. She earned the Residential Management Professional Designation in 2018 and the Master Property Manager designation in 2021. At that time she became one of only 8 in the state to hold this designation. She also earned her Virginia Realtors PM Certification in June 2021.

Stephanie has served as the Vice Chair for Fredericksburg Area Association of REALTORS® Property Management Council and a member of the Property Management council for Virginia Association of Realtors. Stephanie is the 2023 President of the Virginia State Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

Stephanie brings to this business vast experience overseeing the most expansive assortment of residential properties within the region. Her passion lies in uncovering means to optimize her clients' investments, offering welcoming homes for individuals, mitigating operational risks, and effectively managing expenses all with people as the focus of every action. In her free time Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and their 3 daughters and their dogs. They enjoy all the great activities the Fredericksburg area has to offer such as boating, hiking, the beach, and wine!

Glen Michael comes to us with more than 34 years of expertise in Facility Management and the Engineering Trades, taking pride in addressing each situation with a sense of importance and utmost professionalism. Glen is an extremely results-driven professional and will make sure all your needs are taken care of by any means necessary, guaranteed. Those who know Glen will attest that he is your go-to guy when things need to be addressed, and his extensive knowledge of all the “blue collar” trades benefits all parties, owners, and tenants alike.

Glen transitioned from commercial management to residential and has been fortunate enough to have worked alongside some of the most amazing real estate professionals and property managers in the DMV region. Doing so has given him the knowledge and passion to become a licensed realtor and property manager.

Born and raised in Virginia, Glen has lived in Fredericksburg for the past 23 years and has been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to give back to the community. From coaching little league to high school sports, and his daughter’s travel sports teams to being a certified Firefighter/EMT in Spotsylvania County, Glen has and always will put the community first.

Glen Michael is designated through the National Association of Realtors as a Military Relocation Specialist to assist any of our service members with their relocation needs. Caitlin was born and raised in the Fredericksburg area and has proudly called the community home for more than 30 years. Her lifelong connection to the region gives her a deep understanding of the local neighborhoods, community values, and the people who make the area special.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Mary Washington, bringing a thoughtful, people-focused approach to her work. Before beginning her career in real estate, Caitlin worked as an elementary school teacher and later spent several years as a stay-at-home mom raising her three boys. These experiences helped shape her strong communication skills, patience, and commitment to serving others.

Caitlin entered the real estate industry in 2024, gaining valuable experience as a marketing assistant, administrative assistant, and licensed transaction coordinator after earning her real estate license in 2025. Her well-rounded background gives her a strong understanding of client service, organization, and the many details that help real estate transactions and property management operations run smoothly.
